Walt’s Rods is a small Oregon rod company built around a family fishing story that goes back generations. We build rods for kokanee, trout, fly fishing, steelhead and salmon, and we fish what we build. The goal is simple: make useful, beautiful fishing rods that feel considered in the hand and belong on the water. Walt’s is named for Grandpa Walt, who taught us more than forty years ago that fishing was about much more than catching fish. We hope every rod carries a little of that memory, character and purpose into someone else’s fishing story.
