Walt’s Rods is a small Oregon rod company built around a family fishing story that goes back generations. We build rods for kokanee, trout, fly fishing, steelhead and salmon, and we fish what we build. The goal is simple: make useful, beautiful fishing rods that feel considered in the hand and belong on the water. Walt’s is named for Grandpa Walt, who taught us more than forty years ago that fishing was about much more than catching fish. We hope every rod carries a little of that memory, character and purpose into someone else’s fishing story.

I make garage style fishing lures. All handmade hand poured 1 by 1. I'm an artist by trade for 21yrs. I own a small fishing store and ONLY carry other small businesses baits in my store. I'm also a custom painter for many other builders in the community.
